I do not want to pay using a credit card. Is there another way to purchase your products?
Besides a credit card you can pay your order with , check/money order (only for USA residents) or making a deposit and/or wire bank transfer to our bank accounts in Peru or USA and also through the Western Union service or postal and telegraph drafts. Nevertheless, please consider that a credit card payment is done through a reliable and secure server.
What is the maximum and minimum amount to purchase?
The maximum weight of each order should be 20 Kg. or less. Our system will not allow you to make orders with a total weight of more than this. There is no minimum amount required to make a purchase
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the destination it generally takes from 4 to 9 working days for EMS International Urgent and 20/40 working days for Traditional shipment . You can track online your shipment with a reference number given to you when your shipment is made (Only available for EMS).
How are claims made if my order arrives in bad shape?
Attach a full description of damages and photos, if possible (We need as much information as possible to claim from the courier).
Remember to open the package in the presence of the courier and write down what deficiencies are found. Once the return is made and we verify the deficiency, another order will be sent to you without any cost to you. The devolution should be made maximum within the 72 hours after you receive the order.
After receiving my order can I change the products?
