You can also ask for a reimbursement if the order has been paid with a credit card. As soon as you are notified upon receipt of your order you should send us back the faulty order.

Once we verify the product, another order will be sent to you or you will be refunded.

Requests for return must be sent within the 72 hours after the receipt of the order.
