:: Terms and Conditions of Use


Shipping as well as changes and/or returns are under the following regulations that customers must agree on:

  • The accepted orders will be delivered to the assigned address within the next 48 hours on normal business days which exclude holidays and weekends. Normally all orders before 16.00 hours (GMT -05.00) are delivered the same day.
     
  • Each order weight is 20 Kg including tare (70 g.) Orders over 20 Kg. should be placed simultaneously or please contact us to establish alternative ways of shipment.
     
  • National and International shipping is using courier express EMS International and/or the regular post from the Peruvian Post (Serpost del Peru).  Customers should select the type of shipment.
     
  • Liability on delivery dates are the sole responsibility of Serpost del Peru.  Six (6) weekdays for EMS International Express Courier and 20 / 30 through regular post.
     
  • Customs declaration and all the documents related to the shipping are included.  However it is possible that some countries require additional information from the client or tax payments at customs in order to clear the shipment.  In these cases the customer is fully responsible to provide any documentation or payment at customs.
    In any case, shipping costs are not refundable.
     
  • Customer has the obligation to inform him about possible restriction of products in his country or state. We don't refund any amount at the case that products are not cleared in customs of customer's country.
     
  • If the shipment were refused or ignored by the customer, the courier will contact him again within the next 5 days in order to settled another delivery date or the order will be sent back to our shop.  Should the client require the order again, all costs for devolution and new shipment should be assumed by him.
     
  • If the product should arrive with any imperfection to the client or the delivery order does not match the original order.
     
  • The customer is able to change the products for others of the same of higher value from our virtual shop only if the product has not been opened or altered. US$ 25 for operation and costs will be charged.
     
  • For you security, you always must open the package with carrier presence and writing all mistakes that you find it.
     
  • Application forms for exchanging products must be sent within the 72 hours after receipt of the order.
